Dental Dilemma is the 26th episode of Sailor Moon Super S. It was preceded by Dreams Of Her Own and followed by Nightmare Garden.
Plot[]
The Amazon Quartet are relaxing in their spa, and Zircon has no pictures for Zirconia. Then, he sees Parapara playing with dolls, one of which is a dentist, and has him take away the other doll's toothache by tearing her head off. Zirconia decides to give her the next mission. She turns her playhouse into a dentist office and throws some cursed sugar, sending it throughout the city and giving everyone cavities.
Serena and Rini eat lots of snacks and do not brush their teeth. They eventually get cavities, and Serena's mother tells them to go to the downtown dental clinic. Mina tells them evil rumors about the place, such as people going in and never coming out. On their way, they see Parapara's dentist office, and enter it instead. They are the last in line, and everyone who went before them had their Dream Mirrors extracted by Parapara, but none of them are the golden mirror.
Afterward, Parapara tries to extract Serena and Rini's dream mirrors, but before she can, Tuxedo Mask attacks her. Serena and Rini transform into Sailor Moon and Sailor Mini Moon. Parapara summons a Remless named Garigari to fight them. Garigari eventually pins them against a wall and tries to drill their teeth with her tail, but their screaming causes the office to break. Sailor Mini Moon calls Pegasus with Crystal Twinkle Bell, and Sailor Moon destroys Garigari with Moon Gorgeous Meditation. Parapara runs off and the dentist office disappears.
Everyone's cavities disappear except for Serena and Rini, who have actual cavities from the snacks they ate without brushing their teeth, and go to the downtown dental clinic.

- This is the second and final appearance of the ultrasonic cry attack. This time, both Sailor Moon and Mini Moon use it. The first time this attack was used, was by Sailor Moon in episode 1 "A Moon Star is Born" against the Negamonster, Morga.
