Robert is a popular boy at Rini's school and a star soccer player. All the girls are in love with him and think he's the hottest guy in school, but he is only in love with Rini.

Robert was the next target of Fish Eye, who extracted his dream mirror and looked into it, and didn't find Pegasus. She was about to kill him when Sailor Moon and Sailor Mini Moon appeared. After her Remless, Mawashitaro, was destroyed, Rini rejected Robert (as she was in love with Pegasus), and, according to Robert, was the first one to do so.
