Game Machine Joe is a professional at the UFO catcher, and is able to get any toy he wants from it. He has telekinetic powers. Lita fell in love with him. He is also the first rainbow crystal carrier, and thus, the soul of Game Machine Man resides inside him. Zoycite took out his red crystal and turned him into Game Machine Man, but he was healed by Sailor Moon using Moon Healing Activation.
He was later recaptured by Prince Darien (under Queen Beryl's control), along with the other carriers, in an attempt to use the Seven Shadows' power to create an invincible shadow (even though Game Machine Man was killed when Joe was healed, his power remained), but was later released.
