Jeff Lumby is a Canadian actor and voice actor who played Misha in Sailor Moon, Doctor Tomoe in Sailor Moon S, and Kakeru Ohzora in the feature film "Hearts in Ice".

Jeff has been voice acting for animation since the early 1990s, appearing in series such as Ned's Newt and The Animal Shelf. Jeff was also an ADR Assistant Director for the first season of Sailor Moon.
