The Kisenian Blossom is the main antagonist of the Sailor Moon R Movie: The Promise of the Rose. She cannot fulfill her goal alone, so she preys on a vulnerable heart and puts the person with said heart under her spell. Specifically, she does this to Fiore.

- In the Optimum Productions scheduling sheets and script, Kisenian's name is spelled "Xenian", which is the actual original Japanese name. There is also a note that mentions that Xenian should be pronounced like "Kissenian"[2].
