Sammy is the younger brother of Serena. He has appeared in a few episodes. He often annoys Serena.
He first appeared in the episode "Slim City", although in the original Japanese, he made his debut in the first episode, but his appearance got cut.
He fell in love with a girl named Mika (one of Neflite's targets) and accidentally broke her doll. She later made a Sailor Moon doll.
