Steeringoo is a Daimon Heart Snatcher who works for Kaorinite. She was created when Kaorinite planted a Daimon pod in Amara's car. She has the appearance of a car, with several wheels she uses to drive. She appeared in Sailor Moon S Episode 3, Driving Dangerously.
Kaorinite sent Steeringoo to extract the Pure Heart of a man named Anthony who ran a car repair shop. However, as she attempted to make off with the Pure Heart, she was attacked by Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune, and Sailor Moon finished her with Moon Spiral Heart Attack.

- Where Sailor Moon usually says "Triumph over evil" she replaced "evil" with "Evel Kneivel". Evel Knievel was a stunt performer and daredevil who did motorcycle jumps over cars.
